Vulkanbike Trailpark

The new Trailpark boasts a total of 750 km of permanent, marked mountain bike routes. With its interlinked, two-way routes, the park offers a unique network of trails. Away from the highly-frequented forest paths, bikers will find everything their hearts desire: long single trails, speedy downhills, non-slip gravel tracks and natural forest paths.

The tours range from easy and medium through to challenging. All of the routes have also been recorded digitally using GPS, enabling you to navigate and plan routes interactively.

Vulkan-Radroute Eifel cycle path

A cross-regional, long-distance cycle path, the Vulkan-Radroute Eifel links up the two valleys of the Ahr and Moselle and promises a memorable outdoor experience – as sporty or leisurely as you like.

Offering a combination of uphill and downhill sections, which are never too steep, the varied route starts in Dümpelfeld an der Ahr and leads past the Nürburgring into the Vulkaneifel region, past the health resorts of Ulmen and Lutzerath, as well as Bad Bertrich and then into the Moselle valley to Alf. Covering almost 80 km, the route is designed to showcase all of the region’s highlights automatically from the cycle path.
